Car Tracker Plus Telematics renders GPS tracking, dashcam deployment, fuel monitoring, fleet telematics and related after-sales support throughout Nigeria.

By engaging with us, you represent that any information you supply is accurate and that you hold full legal authority to enter into the arrangement regarding the vehicle or fleet concerned.

Availability and limitations of service

Tracking and telematics performance depends on mobile network availability, device power, GPS satellite visibility, installation workmanship, hardware condition and the service package selected. Available features vary by device class and tier chosen by the customer.

Car Tracker Plus Telematics cannot absolutely guarantee every device will prevent vehicle loss or theft, or guarantee vehicle recovery. Our services are engineered to improve visibility, alert response and recovery coordination where applicable.

Obligations of the customer

It remains the responsibility of the customer to confirm that they hold the legal right and authority to install and operate tracking hardware on any vehicle or fleet being monitored.

Payment terms, fitment scheduling, renewals, warranty scopes and guarantees may vary depending on the selected service tier, product or project, or as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing between the parties.

Acceptable and proper usage

Users agree not to abuse, damage, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt unauthorised access to our systems, devices, dash cameras, applications, or the account credentials of other customers.

All website content, brand assets, logos and creative materials are the intellectual property of Car Tracker Plus Telematics or their respective owners and cannot be copied or reproduced without prior authorisation.

Amendments to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised review date. Continued use of the website or services after the date of any posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
